A night;

A sky full of diamond stars

Knitting endless patterns

Muttering a sweet song

Mixed with the rhythmic humming of the ocean wind

Dancing to the beat of the breaking waves

Composing nature's way of opening hearts

While the crabs are crabbing their way

While the crickets are chirping all the way

A lonely mermaid bedding inside a silky cradle

Her tiny pointy ears are dancing to the mesmerising music

She is a million years away from the hustle and bustle

At the edge of the world

Untouchable unreachable

In the safe haven of her own imagination

Living every moment, counting every second

While the rays of the moon chilled every inch of her blushing skin

While the diamond stars enlighten the tiniest expression, her face drawn

The time was stopped

To let her pass through the fabric of all possibilities

Flying all over at her own will

Watching but not touching anything

With every breath, she deep down the stream of thoughts

Who dare to stop her

She is the queen of her mind castle of glass

Though, getting darker inch by inch 

With every step, she floats into the fabric

Unknowingly the jetty is shining bright
